Author, trainer, and a next gen leader who never left the room.
I have spent two decades in children's, youth and family ministry — the volunteer schedules, the parent conversations, the Sunday that almost fell apart. That work is why I teach the way I do: plainly, from the floor, with the assumption that whoever is listening has to make it work next week.
My conviction is simple. Kids are formed at home more than they are formed in our programs, and the church's job is to equip the adults who are already there. That belief shapes every keynote, every training and every roadmap I hand a team.
I'm also the author of Authentically You: Unveiling Your True Identity, a book about what happens when we stop performing and start recognising who we already are — a question that turns out to matter as much for leaders as it does for the kids they serve.
